Stage 1 – Complete approach before Pregnancy
- Fertility Guidance – A comprehensive evaluation of body parameters using Ayurveda tools is done to make sure that health is best as it can be
- Detox therapy before conceiving – Both parents undergo cleaning therapy ahead of fertilization to remove impurities from body
- Rejuvenation and nurture of egg and sperm qualitatively – The rejuvenating herbs and medicated ghee are administered after impurities are removed through detoxification
- Support care for existing illness – This is to keep the illness under control throughout the pregnancy for mother and baby’s health
Stage 2 – Ayurveda Pregnancy Care
- Pre Natal-Care – A complete Ayurveda pre-natal consultation to determine overall health
- Food and dietary guidelines–Ayurveda dietary guidelines and herbal perorations for each month during complete pregnancy
- Guidelines on prevention of Primary Caesarean section – A complete guidance from Ayurveda scripts endeavors at no-invasive delivery
- Pre Natal-Massage – Program addresses problem of pain which is different for every woman, the pain is relived by localized medicated oil massage and fomentation, this is harmless for unborn baby and prevent popping of pain killers
- Dedicated yoga and meditation sessions
- Psychological conditioning – talking helps, staying happy and worry less is the utmost essential care during pregnancy. Both the Parents are counsel and prepared for upcoming baby
Stage 3 – Post Partum Recovery
Classical Ayurveda Obstetrics, a sub science specializes in post-partum ethics, recognizes the unconditional care and supports for a woman who has delivered the baby. A mother’s body goes through several deteriorating changes during a child birth therefore appropriate care is essential else leads to irreparable side effects. To name a few are genesis of Arthritis, Hypertension, Obesity, Sciatica, Osteoporosis, Melasma, Hypothyroidism, Diabetes, Skin and Hair disorders. The extent of care is acknowledged for 6 weeks from the birth of baby.
The purpose of mother’s recovery and rejuvenation aims at:

- Regain the vigor and strength
- Ensure qualitative lactation
